School Coding/Robotics curriculum

We partners with schools to deliver a complete, high-quality coding and robotics curriculum. We provide expert instructors, tailored lesson plans, and all necessary equipment to ensure students receive a robust and engaging STEM education. Programs align with school learning outcomes and can be customised to suit different year levels and skill levels.

School Robotics Competition Team Coaching

We offer specialised coaching for school robotics teams participating in competitions such as VEX IQ, VEX V5 RoboCup and FRIST . Our experienced coaches guide students through the full engineering process — from robot design and building to programming, strategy, and match preparation. Teams gain technical expertise, experience, and the confidence to compete at regional, national, and international levels.

School STEAM Program Consulting 

We support schools in designing, improving, and implementing effective STEAM programs. Whether you're starting a new robotics initiative or expanding an existing program, our team provide expert guidance on curriculum planning, equipment selection, classroom integration, and long-term development strategies. After School Coding/Robotics class

Our after-school coding and robotics classes give students hands-on experience with real engineering and programming tools. Through engaging weekly sessions, students learn to design, build, and coding while developing problem-solving skills, creativity, and teamwork. Suitable for beginners to advanced learners.

Staff Professional Development

Empower your educators with industry-led professional development in coding, robotics, and STEM teaching. Our workshops equip teachers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to run robotics programs, deliver curriculum content, and manage competition teams. Prepare staff with knowledge for the lasts VEX competition season. Training can be delivered onsite or online and is tailored to meet each school’s needs.

Tournament Operation 

Sydney Robotics Academy provides full operational support for hosting Robotics tournaments. Our team manages event planning, field setup, judging, scoring, volunteer coordination, and smooth competition flow. With our experience running official events, schools and organisations can deliver professional, inspiring tournaments that showcase student innovation and teamwork.

Our Clients

Our lessons at Knox Grammar School range from VEX GO for Years 1-2, VEX IQ for Years 3-6 and VEX V5 for Senior School. We worked together to deliver the Programming Languages curriculum for Years 5-6 classes. We have also co-partnered to host VEX NSW States Championship.

Our lessons at The King's School range from VEX IQ for Years 3-6 and VEX V5 for Senior School.

We collaborate with TKS since 2022 on The Futures Project. Working on robotics research, lead by Dr Jarod Li with SRA staff and TKS students.

SHORE

We work with SHORE to offer VEX IQ lesson and VIQRC competitions. Our non-competition lessons at SHORE introduce STEM, Engineering and Robotics to Year 3-6 students through the VEX Robotics continuum

Wenona School

We offer both IQ non-competition lessons alongside V5RC Competition training to dedicated students interested in competing with schools all around the state.

Granville Boys HS

Our lessons at Granville Boys HS range from VEX IQ to VEX V5 in our gifted and talented program developed in conjuction with Granville. Selected students are invited to form V5RC competition teams.

Both VIQRC and VEX IQ non-competition lessons are offered at Queenwood School for Girls, targeting any girls interested in STEM and Robotics.

Roseville College

Our non-competition lessons at Roseville introduce students from years 3-6 to VEX Robotics and Coding. Our lessons at Roseville College occur on Thursday afternoons.

Mosman Preparatory School

We offer IQ non-competition lessons at Mosman Preparatory School, giving students a fun and engaging introduction to robotics and coding. The program is designed to build strong foundations while sparking curiosity and confidence in young learners.

Kincoppal-Rose Bay

We offer IQ non-competition lessons at Kincoppal-Rose Bay to introduce students to the fundamentals of robotics and coding through hands-on, creative activities. In addition, we run V5 STEAM Day sessions for senior students, providing an opportunity to explore advanced robotics concepts and engage in collaborative problem-solving.

Wahroonga Preparatory School

We offer RoboCup LEGO programs at Wahroonga Preparatory School for students year 3-6 introducing them to robotics through hands-on building and programming challenges. The program  provides opportunities for students to prepare for and participate in RoboCup Junior competitions. Our lessons at Wahroonga Preparatory School occur on Wednesday afternoons.
