Service Description
The Australian Informatics Olympiad (AIO) is a national competition run by the Australian Maths Trust that recognises and challenges students with a passion for computer programming. Students are tasked with inventing algorithms and writing code to solve complex problems — testing not just their coding ability, but their logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Our AIO Training Course is designed to prepare students for this challenge. Through structured, hands-on sessions at our Chatswood centre, students will develop the core skills needed to tackle competition-style problems with confidence — including algorithm design, working with arrays and loops, file handling, and writing efficient, correct code. Whether your child is aiming for their first competition or looking to place at the top, our training will help them build the problem-solving mindset that sets strong programmers apart. Allowed languages: Python 🎓 Suitable for Year 6 and above with some prior coding experience
